Поєднаний дефіцит йоду і селену та його вплив на перебіг вагітності

У статті проаналізовано вплив йоду і селену на процес гестації, виявлено ускладнення перебігу вагітності та порушення розвитку плоду за дефіциту цих мікроелементів. Обґрунтовано необхідність компенсації дефіциту йоду і селену у вагітних. Розглянуто сучасні можливості оптимального вибору методів корекції йод- і селендефіцітних захворювань у вагітних і жінок, що годують грудьми.
