У статті проведено порівняння основних сучасних методів лікування кіст нирок, визначені показання до їхнього застосування та сформований алгоритм оптимальної тактики лікування.
Кісти є захворюванням, що часто діагностують у структурі ниркової патології. Їхня поширеність становить близько 5%. Кісти малих розмірів (діаметром <4 см) часто мають безсимптомний перебіг, їх виявляють випадково під час обстеження з приводу інших захворювань. Кісти середнього та великого розмірів мають різноманітні клінічні прояви. Незамінними методами діагностики є УЗД, КТ, МРТ, УЗД з внутрішньовенним контрастуванням, застосування сучасних онкомаркерів. Сучасному лікарю доступний широкий комплекс технологій та методів для встановлення діагнозу і відповідно правильного вибору оптимального методу лікування.
