Вагітність трійнею у сучасному акушерстві

У цій статті представлена інформація про триплідну вагітність, її особливості. За даними різних авторів, багатоплідна вагітність складає близько 3% усіх вагітностей. Вагітність трійнею часто асоційована із високим ризиком для матері та дитини і більш частим контактом із медичними працівниками. Отже, пацієнтки з багатоплідною вагітністю складають групу високого ризику щодо розвитку материнських і перинатальних ускладнень.

Ключові слова: трійня, багатоплідна вагітність, допоміжні репродуктивні технології, інтранатальні ризики.
