Легенева гіпертензія ЛГ- одна з найбільш небезпечних вад серця у вагітних.

ЛГ виникає в результаті обмеженого кровообігу через легеневу артеріальну циркуляцію, яка призводить до збільшення легеневого судинного опору і, в кінцевому рахунку, до правошлуночкової серцевої недостатності.

Частота загибелі пацієнток з гіпертензією малого кола кровообігу під час вагітності і відразу після пологів дуже висока. У даній статті показаний міжнародний досвід ведення пацієнток з ЛГ під час пологів та у післяпологовому періоді.

На підставі численних публікацій пацієнткам, які страждають ЛГ, рекомендується стерилізація або забезпечення надійної контрацепції, а в разі настання вагітності – її переривання. Вона повинна спостерігатися в спеціалізованому центрі командою лікарів професіоналів у разі відмови пацієнтки від переривання вагітності.
