Наведено огляд літератури щодо сучасних поглядів із приводу вагітності на тлі вірусного гепатиту С (HCV), щодо останніх досягнень у вивченні взаємовпливу інфекції та перебігу вагітності. Для ведення вірусного гепатиту С під час вагітності слід оцінити ризик його передачі дитині, визначити вік гестації на момент зараження і ризик декомпенсації матері, а також знати про можливі побічні ефекти противірусних препаратів.
Мета – проаналізувати нові дані літератури різних країн для визначення основної проблеми ведення вагітних із гепатитом С.
Результати та висновки. Вчені різних країн за результатами досліджень дійшли одностайних висновків щодо можливості появи ускладнень перебігу вагітності на тлі гепатиту С, з’являється нова інформація про патогенез ушкодження плаценти, плода. При цьому існуючі ефективні значно поширені методи лікування є абсолютно протипоказаними для вагітних, для жінок, що годують груддю, а також для жінок, що планують вагітність у наступні 12 місяців. Саме тому проблему гепатиту С в сучасному світі слід продовжувати досліджувати. Важливим завданням залишається збільшення проведення скринінгів для груп ризику, для збільшення відсотка виявлених хворих жінок і запровадження активного превентивного лікування жінок, які планують вагітність.
Автори заявляють про відсутність конфлікту інтересів.
