У статті наведено основні відомості про актуальну проблему сучасної медицини — спинальний дізрафізм, зокрема Spina bifida. Незважаючи на певні досягнення методів пренатальної діагностики та профілактичних заходів, зазначена аномалія є однією з поширених вроджених аномалій та значним інвалідизуючим чинником, що обумовлює оптимізацію пренатальної та постнатальної діагностики, попередження і лікування зазначеної вади. Наведено клінічні випадки з практики.
