Плацента increta: методи лікування

Плацента increta – це наслідок аномальної імплантації у децидуальну оболонку або в міометрій. Цей стан рідко діагностують в акушерській практиці, але з ним пов’язано близько 7% смертності серед роділей. Патологія плаценти ускладнює, за різними джерелами, 1/533–1/40 000 вагітностей. У зв’язку зі збільшенням числа операцій кесарева розтину число випадків плаценти increta зростає. Патогенез плаценти increta остаточно до сьогодні не відомий. Діагностика та лікування є важливою клінічною проблемою. Консервативне лікування залежить від застосування метотрексату у різних дозах. Позаяк не існує стандартного протоколу клінічного лікування, вибір тактики повинен бути продуманий дуже ретельно та індивідуально.
