Ендометріоз є досить поширеним захворюванням, що посідає третє місце в структурі гінекологічної патології і діагностується у 10% жінок молодого репродуктивного віку. У статті представлено безліч публікацій та обговорення виникнення рецидивів глибокого інфільтративного ендометріозу після хірургічного лікування. Викладені різні підходи хірургічної та медикаментозної терапії, кожен з яких має свої переваги і недоліки.


Ключові слова: глибокий інфільтративний ендометріоз, рецидиви, прогестогени, медикаментозна терапія.
