Особливості перебігу вагітності і пологів у жінок – вимушених переселенок

У статті наведено дані щодо особливостей перебігу вагіт-ності і пологів у жінок – вимушених переселенок. Описані основні фактори ризику акушерської патології у даної групи вагітних. Наведена роль хронічного стресу у виникненні патології матері і плода. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності розроблення і проведення профілактичних заходів, психологічної підтримки і корекції у таких пацієнток.
