Оцінювання профілактичного потенціалу препарату Канефрон® Н у лікуванні рецидивного циститу у жінок репродуктивного віку

У статті наведені дані відкритого моноцентрового проспективного дослідження, яке проводили на базі ДУ «Інститут урології НАМН України».

У даному дослідженні взяли участь 60 пацієнток із рецидивним циститом у фазі загострення, спричиненим кишковою паличкою, які були поділені на 2 групи – контрольну та основну. Основна група, крім антибактеріального препарату, вживала фітопрепарат Канефрон® Н протягом 3 міс після основного курсу лікування. Результати свідчать, що застосування Канефрону Н зменшує кількість позитивних бактеріо-логічних посівів сечі через 12 міс після закінчення застосування антибактеріального препарату до 6,67% в основній групі відносно 23,3% в контрольній групі, та зменшує кількість рецидивів хронічного циститу після 12 міс спостереження – 16,67% та 36,67% (p<0,05) в основній та контрольній групі відповідно, не спричиняючи жодних побічних реакцій.
