Сучасний погляд на патогенез поліпів ендометрія у постменопаузі

Згідно з сучасними публікаціями за останні роки збільшилась кількість досліджень щодо молекулярних механізмів поліпів ендометрія. Незважаючи на високу поширеність поліпів ендометрія, їхня етіологія і патогенез до теперішнього часу недостатньо вивчені. З нашої точки зору, отримані результати, ймовірно, можна розглядати у якості молекулярних предикторів ризику ракової трансформації поліпів ендометрія. Тому доцільним є подальше вивчення в постменопаузі молекулярних механізмів патогенезу даної патології.
