Drug disease among children: clinical lecture

The widespread use of drugs led to the emergence of the disease known as «drug disease». Тhe article clinical manifestations of the drug disease, pathophysiological mechanisms its development and influence of various factors, such as drug interactions, drug"food interaction and the drug-patient interaction, peculiarity of child body, which may affect the development of adverse reactions and cause the drug disease.
