The article is sanctified to the problem of vagina dysbiosis. Formation of pathological biotape at bacterial vaginosis (BV), greater mass of that is folded by Gardnerella vaginalis and Atopobium vaginae, leading to a protracted course and chronic process, increasing the frequency of relapses, promotes inflammation of the reproductive organs, HPV-associated transformation of cervical epithelial and complication of gestational period. The combination of etiotropic therapy with preparations that restore vaginal lactoflora and create optimal physiological environment in the vagina, can effectively restore normocenosis at BV.

	Materials and methods. In the study participated:
a) 30 pregnant women (group I) with BV, which is in the process of treatment were prescribed probiotic Laktostar Plus (1 capsule per 1 time a day for 2 weeks) and vaginal tablets Feminum Intimacy (1 times a day intravaginally for 5-7 days );
b) 10 pregnant women (group II) with BV who received only causal treatment.
Patients in both groups were randomized by age, parity, obstetric history, symptoms of BV.

	Results. Evaluation of treatment results were performed after 4, 8 months. Restoration of the normal vaginal microflora was observed in 93% of women of group I and only 40% of pregnant women in group II (table. 7). BV recurrence was observed in 3 patients who underwent only causal treatment. In addition, in this group, 2.3 times more frequently observed fungal infections.

	Conclusion. All the patients who received the drugs Laktostar Plus + Feminum Intimacy, pregnancy ended urgent delivery and birth of healthy children. With the group II of observations 2 patients were hospitalized in the period of 34 and 36 weeks of pregnancy with premature rupture of membranes.
