A combination of different variants of gastrointestinal dysfunction was observed in 20 children from the main group. Results. Introduction of «Baby premium 1» milk formula to the diet led to a decrease of incidence of appearance and for the end of the study ( to reduction of intestinal colic symptoms. Also due to the use of milk formula was marked an improvement of dejection consistency, increasing of the frequency of bowel movements and the content of bifidobacteria in the intestinal microflora of infants. Refusing from milk formula and allergic reactions on its application has not been found.
