Ultrasound diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system lesion in hemophilic children

Musculoskeletal system lesion in hemophilic children are progrogressively disabling. This article presents features of sonographic stages of acute and chronic hemophilia complications and proposes an work classification of hemophilic osteoarthritis in children based on radiologic and ultrasound joint assessement.
