Treatment of pain is a priority task in the treatment of uncomplicated acute otitis media in children

The article is devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of acute otitis media in children. The algorithm of treatment of acute otitis media without perforation of the tympanic walls is conducted. The priority task of therapy of present disease is elimination of the pain syndrome.
