Purpose of this study was to — study immunohistochemical features of maternal and fetal parts of the placenta in pregnant women with hepatitis and elevated levels of antiphospholipid antibodies (AFA). To study the immunohistochemical features of the placenta were investigated offensive groups: first — the placenta of women with physiological pregnancy, the third trimester (control) — 20 studies, the second — the placenta of women with HG — 16 Studies: sub second — level of AFA to 9 units — 6 studies, subgroup 2#B — AFA rate of more than 9 units — 10 studies. To study changes in the placenta in women with chronic glomerulonephritis (ChG) was used immunohistochemical methods are: 1) The indirect streptavidin-peroxidase detection method mesenchymal structures by ABC, 2) indirect streptavidin-per-oxidase method for detecting the expression of collagen type I and 3) indirect streptavidin-peroxidase detection method expression collagen type III. In studying the results of the intensity of reactions to collagen types I and III in the structure of the placenta in women with elevated hCG and AFA was found high intensity type III collagen in the stroma of villi, the intensity of the reaction of collagen type I was weak and focal in the stroma of villi. Made the following findings: women with elevated hCG and immunohistochemical study AFA mesenchymal factor Vimentin showed lower expression of the latter against the backdrop of increasing the intensity of response to type III collagen in the stroma of villi, which can explain the formation of violations of fetal-placental blood flow.
