The objective. Definition endothelial functional activity by examining indicators of hemostasis in women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome.

Patients and methods. A study of vascular-platelet, plasma-coagulation and fibrinolytic links of hemostasis in women with chronic pelvic pain in the main group and in the control group of healthy women.

Results. It is proved that women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome have endothelial dysfunction in the form of the benefits of thrombogenic properties of the vascular wall over thromboresistance, as evidenced by the establishment of functional and morphological platelet activity, increased rates of phospholipid dependent tests of coagulation, fibrin and an increase in the concentration of decomposition products of fibrin – D-Dimer, as one of the main markers of endothelial functional activity in women of the main group.

Conclusion. The data on the state of hemostasis in women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome reflect endothelial functional activity of a given pathological condition.

Key words: chronic pelvic pain syndrome, endothelial dysfunction, hemostatic system.
