The article presents the research on the state of immune homeostasis and microbiocenosis of the genital tract in women who use opioid injectable drugs. We studied and are the main causes and features of the pathogenesis of occurrence of violations microbiocenosis genital tract on the background of drug addiction. Investigations of the incidence of infections, sexually transmitted infections, and the conclusions about the most common. We proposed some recommendations on the organization and conduct of prevention, diagnosis, treatment in preparation for pregnancy and prenatal care. The information on the measures that have been taken to address issues of regulatory organization of prevention and care for women with drug dependence.
