The effect of «Biprolol» selective preparation on the tone and contractile activity of the myometrium of pregnant rats is examined. Experimental studies have shown that cardioselective agents such as «Biprolol» lower bind with β2-receptors and thereby not cause the tone of pregnant uterus.
