The article presents modern aspects of pathogenesis of endometriosis. Analyzed the relationship between different etiological factors of endometriosis. Theoretically substantiated the possibility of fitokompozitsy, Normomens that contains a Vitex agnus castus extract, Zingiber officinale, Trigonella foenum graecum and Pyrus malus in the treatment of endometriosis.
