The features of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women depend on management

The article presents the results of studying the effectiveness lactoferrin in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women. Demonstrated dynamics of hemoglobin, ferritin, total protein and its fractions, tissue respiration chain dehydrogenases. It is shown that the use of lactoferrin in the overall scheme of treatment of moderate anemia of pregnant can reduce the total duration of treatment, and, consequently, the number of side effects, achieve rapid subjective well-being level than on a background of standard therapy, correction of hematological parameters.
