The aim of the study: to study the efficacy of treatment of the danger of a late spontaneous abortion (DLSA) is a micronized form of progesterone (Lutein, Adamed, Poland) and the influence of the
proposed drug on the hemodynamic and functional changes in phytoplacental complex.

Materials and methods. The study included 67 patients aged 19-31 years with a singleton pregnancy. Of these, 27 pregnant women with preliminary water removal unit in which treatment was used micronized purified form of progesterone (Lutein, Adamed, Poland) (group 1), 20 pregnant women with preliminary water removal unit, in which treatment of used oil solution of progesterone (group 2) and 20 pregnant women with physiological pregnancy (control group). The distribution of women in the group adhered to the principles of randomization.

Results. Thus, the obtained results allow to assert that in the presence of DLSA, the treatment which used micronized purified form of progesterone (group 1), there is a recovery of hemodynamic changes in utero-placental-fruit pool with a reliable approximation to the control group. During the traditional treatment DLSA in the 2nd group were circulatory disorders with primary manifestations of changes in the utero-placental unit, which are responsible for hemodynamic instability and in the placental-fruit pool. While pathological violations of the phytoplacental circulation first be in the fruit part of the placenta.

Conclusion. So, under the influence of treatment natural micronized progesterone Lutein in women with DLSA indicators of disturbances in utero-placental-fruit pool, and hormone functions of the placenta reliably restored.

The use of micronized progesterone in sublingual form at DLSA allows you to obtain the most rapid therapeutic effect and shortens the stay in a hospital bed.

Key words: danger of the late involuntary abortion, Dopplerography, hormones of the phytoplacental complex, an oil solution of progesterone, Lutein.
