The changes of the autonomic function at women with congenital anomalies of the central nervous system of the fetus

Objective: to evaluate the changes of autonomic function at women with congenital anomalies of the central nervous system of the fetus.


Material and methods. We assessed the functional state of the autonomic nervous system at 45 pregnant women with congenital anomalies of the central nervous system of the fetus on the basis of determination of the Kerdo vegetative index, Hildebrandt's coefficient and autonomic reflexes.


Results. There were founded an increase of the intensity and pathological peculiarity of the autonomic reflexes, disorders of intersystem relations with an increase of the Hildebrandt's coefficient and Kerdo vegetative index on the background of the stress factor.


Conclusion. These aspects must be considered in the management of pregnancy and preparation for the childbirth.
