The association between socio-economic risk factors and the development of socially significant diseases among adolescents

The aim of the study was to investigate the prevalence of socio-economic and family risk factors and their significant association between smoking and alcohol abuse. To succeed in object sociological study was conducted with the participation of 1000 teenagers who studied in 5 schools. All respondents were between the ages of 15–17 years that is there were students of the first lyceum courses and colleges. All respondents were divided equally: 500 Smoking and consuming alcoholic drinks and 500 who do not smoke and do not drink alcohol. The survey showed that in researched cohort, with a simple regression analysis of individuals, there is a significant association between dependence on tobacco and alcohol and onerous risk factors.
