Purpose — assessment of the condition of cardiovascular system within the children with a syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles.

Patients and methods. 322 children of younger school age were under the supervision and divided into 2 groups according to data of a standard electrocardiogram. The first group consisted of 169 children with a syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles, the second group of 153 children without signs of this syndrome. All children were carried out the clinical examination, the electrocardiography, the daily monitoring of an electrocardiogram, the assessment of a vegetative homeostasis by means of a kardiointervalografiya, the echocardiography, the research of a lipidic range of blood.

Results. It is established that within the most amount of children of the first group (57.9%) the syndrome of vegetative dysfunction is registered, in the second group this diagnosis is established within 35.2% of the children. For syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles is characteristic the registration for an electrocardiogram in assignments of V4V6, the II–III standard assignments, aVF. Within the most amount of the children this syndrome is registered constantly (58.9% of children) and is followed by various violations in the rhythm of heart (54.6%). Within the children with syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles are observed authentically above value of triglycerides and lipoprotein of very low density that leads to increase of coefficient of the aterogennost. The concentration of lipoprotein of high density is reliable below within the children with syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles.

Conclusions. Thus, the syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles was found within 52.6% of the examined children of younger school age and more often is registered at the children with manifestations of a syndrome of vegetative dysfunction (57.9% of children). For the children with syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles are characteristic the various violations of the rhythm of heart and conductivity which can be as one of risk factors of violations of excitability and conductivity of the rhythm of heart in the future. The syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles can be considered as one of the signs of violation of a lipidic exchange demanding supervision with the purpose of timely identification of violations of a heart's rhythm and carrying out the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

Key words: children, syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles, arrhythmias, lipidic exchange.
