Status of morbidity in children of Zhytomyr region in the 1986-2014 years

In this study, presented the development and analysis of indicators of primary disease (software) and re pathology (PP) among children area for 30 years after the Chernobyl accident. Comparative evaluation was carried out on general territorial, geographically age and geographically lymphoma indicators. All parameters were analyzed with the allocation of areas with elevated levels of radioactive contamination (PRRZ) and conditional net (ouch) territory. Revealed that in 30 years against the background of post Chornobyl overall growth levels of primary morbidity was deepening as a significant intensification of recurrent disease, especially the group of children 7–14 years. Formed conditions that contributed to the increased activity of primary morbidity of children in relatively clean areas. In 2008, the incidence of children 0–6 years in the field for the first time exceeded the figure in Ukraine (1817.16‰ to 1664.81‰) and kept exceeding the end of the observation period (1686.98‰ to 1410.88‰). During the period under review the level of re/pathology in children 0–14 years in PRRZ (321.2–469.94‰), especially those aged 7–14 years (735.82–981.05‰), were steady in excess compared to the national level (233.1–397.17‰ in children 0–14 years 523.7–595.03‰ in children 7–14 years). Using differential analysis of the incidence of primary and secondary children showed the essential differences not only in quantitative characteristics of age pathology, but the pathogenetic differences obliged to seek appropriate approaches to solving existing clinical and organizational problems.
