Reproductive health of women after body-preservation operations on bodies of small basin

The objective: increase of efficiency of treatment of barreness and preventive maintenance perinatal pathologies at women with infringement of reproductive function owing to dysfunction ovariums against various genital diseases on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions with use modern endoscopical and reproductive technologies.
Patients and methods. Аt 1 stage the functional condition of reproductive system at 316 patients with female barreness (1 group) which have transferred body-preservation operations on bodies of a small basin has been studied. These patients have been divided into 4 subgroups taking into account a pathology variant. At 2 stage we have spent an estimation of clinical current of pregnancy and labours at 129 (40.8 %) from 316 patients, operative at 1 stage (2 group), which also have been distributed on 4 subgroups. Have been used clinical, endoscopical, functional and laboratory methods.
Results. Results of scientific works testify that women, operative concerning various genital pathologies in volume body-preservation operations, make group of high risk by efficiency of restoration of reproductive function, and in further and considerable frequency perinatal pathologies.
Conclusion. On our opinion, working out of the stage-by-stage approach to conducting these women is necessary, since quality of operative intervention and finishing tactics of conducting pregnancy and labours. Such approach will allow to lower frequency reproductive and perinatal pathologies at women group high risk.
