The alternative art festival for people with special needs "Pavlov-fest" is carried out in most regions of Ukraine for several years. It is initiated and hosted by The Kyiv City Clinical Psychoneurological Hospital No 1.

The Alternative art festival "Pavlov-fest" was held for the first time in 2011. People from 17 regions of Ukraine joined the festival community since then. The festival participants are the creative teams of people with special needs, as well as medical institutions staff and public organizations members.

The main goal of the festival is to show that people with special needs can and should be heard in the society and also to demonstrate that they have a chance to integrate into society to promote full participation of disabled persons in social life.

MedExpert joins this important event. After all, an essential part of the festival program consists of scientific and practical conferences, seminars and trainings aimed to form new approaches and skills of medical and social services specialists dealing with rehabilitation for people with special needs.

Medexpert takes part in conferences to discuss key issues in this field. Our experts share their experience and competencies in issues of theoretical and practical rehabilitation for people with disabilities arising from nervous system and mental disorders. Our task is to inform the participants about the latest scientific and practical methods and developments in psycho-correction, psycho-prevention and specialized interventions for the rehabilitation of such people.
