Preventive maintenance of complications after laparoscopical gynecologic operations

Results of the spent researches testify that the basic criteria of happy end of operative treatment, in respect of preservation and restoration генеративной functions revealing and obligatory elimination complex, the maximum reduction traumatical operations at the expense of a choice of optimum surgical access, use of an optimum technique of operative intervention is. Modern materials, application of the algorithm improved by us, and also carrying out of high-grade rehabilitation in the postoperative period. Application of the algorithm improved by us in a complex of surgical treatment of patients of reproductive age allows to improve results of treatment in respect of knocking over of a painful syndrome and restoration фертильности, to minimise adhesive process after operation, to eliminate local displays of adhesive illness.
