149 patients who are planning pregnancy and have a reproductive system disorder (dyshormonal disorders by the type of the primary dysmenorrhea and women who went through a surgical or a conservative treatment of the 1st abdominal pregnancy) had a complex examination. A correlation between changes in hormone levels of a female reproductive system and the nature of somatic status disorders was established. The correction scheme of existing changes with Cyclodynon® drug was proposed.
