The results of clinical characteristics and molecular genetic testing of gene polymorphism in women with different numbers of miscarriage are considered in tha artickle. The the structure of genetic thrombophilia kinds in association with the antiphospholipid syndrome. Prognostic role of gene polymorphism С677T, FV (Leiden) G1691A, FII G20210A and PAI-1 675 5G/4G and antiphospholipid syndrome on miscarriage genesis is discussed.

Key words: thromobophilia; miscarriage; antiphospholipid syndrome, gene polymorphism MTHFR С677T, FV (Leiden) G1691A, FII G20210A and PAI-1 675 5G/4G.
