Possibilities of forecasting of weakness of patrimonial activity

Research objective: working out and an estimation of efficiency of technique of forecasting of weakness of patrimonial activity on the basis studying clinical and additional a research method.
Material and research methods. For the decision of an object in view we had been carried clinical-functional investigation of 50 patients with physiological (1 group) and 50 – with pathological patrimonial activity (2 group). In a complex of the spent researches have been included clinical, functional, ehografical and statistical.
Results. Results of the spent researches testify that at weakness of patrimonial activity has not been revealed «bright» clinical-anamnestical factors. However, being based on the model developed by us, antenatal preventive maintenance of weakness of patrimonial activity is represented effective: a chronic arterial hypertensia; haemoconcentration; the pathological preliminary period – possible points of the appendix of preventive actions. The offered technique of forecasting is simple and popular for practical public health services.
The conclusion. Use of the developed technique of forecasting of weakness of patrimonial activity allows to change in due time tactics of treatment-and-prophylactic actions that promotes frequency decrease perinatal complications.
