Possibilities of the complex diagnostic and treatment of nonspecific vaginitis

A nonspecific vaginitis is the medical-social problem, which takes a leading position among reasons of appeal in womanish consultation.
The objective: complex estimation of efficiency of two steps therapy of nonspecific vaginitis by preparations of Limenda and Bioselac.
Materials and methods. A clinical and laboratory study of efficiency of the complex treatment by vaginal suppositories of Limenda (metronidazol with mikonazol) and capsules of Bioselac (active stamms of lactobacilluss) of 30 women of reproductive age with a non-specific vaginitis. A control group included of 20 patients with a normocenosis vagina.
Results. Among the agents of nonspecific vaginitis the microorganisms of intestinal origin were determinated (Enterococcus faecalis is educed in 46.67%, in every third case – Escherichia coli, in 26.67% – Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis, in 16.67% – Streptococcus group B) is educed on a background complete absence (in 40.0%) or subzero title (in 60.0%) of lactobacilluss flora.
The subjective displays of disbiosis vagina were accompanied by changes and the psychological and emotional state of women (increase of anxiety, worsening of feel, decline of activity and mood).As a results of two steps local therapy of aerobic vaginitis were disappearance of clinical symptoms, normalization of colposcopy picture and landscape of vaginal stroke in 100.0% women. The normocenosis of vaginal ecosystem was determined practically for all (96.67%) patients, that improved their quality of life considerably.
Conclusion. The results of clinical trial showed the  high efficiency of vaginal medicines Limenda and Bioselac. Both products can be used for local therapy of nonspecific vaginitis.
