Generic damage of the cervical spine and spinal cord are the most neglected problems of childhood problems, the frequency of which is about 19,3 ± 0,6%. The lack of clinical suspicion in the presence of risk factors in traumatic obstetric history, lack of a clear specific clinical picture in acute as well as its variability prevents early diagnosis of birth injuries of the spine. X-ray method of diagnosis is the priority method of imaging lesions of the spine and spinal cord. Rotary subluxation of C1 – C2 lead to violations not only at the level of damage, and the whole body.
