Oncology in obstetrics – a myth or a reality?

The review article provides epidemiological data on the frequency, clinic, diagnosis and treatment of malignant neoplasms first discovered during this pregnancy as genital and extragenital localization. Surgical, specific or combined treatment is based on the principles of multidisciplinarity with the preservation of this pregnancy on the basis of Canadian and European gadgets (ESMO). The publication presents their own clinical cases.
