The paper presents an analysis of changes in diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to hydatidiform mole (HM) for the ten-year period. It is noted that for the last observation period is characterized by an earlier diagnosis of molar pregnancy, the presence of various ultrasound pictures of pathology that requires a qualified assessment of the survey results with obligatory determination of serum hCG levels for timely diagnosis of hydatidiform mole.
