Modern aspects of the pathogenesis of brain damage in extremely low birth weight infants

The review of modern research of the pathogenesis of brain injury in extremely low birth weight infants is described in the article. The results of our studies show that neurogenesis in premature infants is passed at pathological condition postnatally and this is support the increasing of the severe organic pathology of children in further their development.
