Minimal access surgery of the third degree ovarian varicosity among women of childbearing age

The efficacy of the laparoscopic method that the article authors offered to manage the third degree ovarian varicosity among women of childbearing age was evaluated in this article. The results of this research indicate that the proposed minimal access surgical treatment is effective to manage clinically significant ovarian varicosity. The additional benefit of this treatment method is the possibility of simultaneous pelvic organ surgical invasion if the patient has other gynecological pathology. Laparoscopic resection of gonadal veins should consider as the method of choice for treatment of the third degree ovarian varicosity.
