Local and system changes in cytokine balance by cervical insufficiency in different gestational ages

The results of main inflammatory cytokine cervical and serum concentration study by women with cervical insufficiency in different gestational ages are considered in the article. The data let to discuss the differences cervical shorting and ripping preterm labor activity up and after 28 gestational weeks, at least on the level of cytokine regulation.
