The overview of researches according to the effectiveness of irrigation therapy of nasal cavity during the nasal diseases and paranasal sinuses is presented. The effectiveness of the «PSHYK» preparation in the treatment of acute rhinitis in children with the aim of preventive care of ARI is shown.
