Health Reform at the present stage allows to change the system of financing of medicine in Ukraine, to improve and to bring quality health care to the population. Experience CD «Malinskiy district center PHC» has its own development in an organization to help children with surgical pathology. Results of cooperation with the specialists of the Zhytomyr Region Children‘s Hospital allow us to recommend the experience in other regions of Ukraine.
