Hysteroscopical estimation complex uterus pathologies in postmenopasual period

Research objective: hysteroscopical estimation complex uterus pathologies in postmenopausal period. 
 

Material and research methods. It has been spent prospective inspection 171 patients in postmenopausal period. All patients have passed full clinical, laboratory and tool inspection. Two clinical groups have been formed: the basic group included 89 women with presence of metabolic syndrome; the control group was made by 82 women without metabolic syndrome. In the basic group two subgroups of women have been allocated: 1 – with the isolated form of endometrium pathology (30) and 2 – with complex pathology of a uterus (59); in control group similar subgroup: 48 and 34 patients have been allocated. 
 

Results. Results of the spent researches testifies to high degree informative of hysteroscopical estimations at complex pathologies of uterus at women postmenopausal period. Higher reliability of diagnostics complex pathologies of uterus at patients postmenopausal managed to be reached age (97,3%) consecutive use of various methods, independent application of one technique gives diagnostic errors. High frequency coincidence of clinical and morphological diagnoses was acknowledgement of high diagnostic value of the given algorithm. Besides, in algorithm of inspection of patients of the given group, considering synchronism of development prolifative processes, it is necessary to include adequate endoscopical inspection endo– and eczocervixe. 
 

The conclusion. The established features are necessary for considering by working out of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at these patients.
