The human health depends on his eating habits and lifestyle. The significant role of microbiocenosis in duration and quality of life of a man was demonstrated by a great scientist Ilya Mechnikov. He proved that the bacteria that inhabit the human bowels influence the frequency of acute infectious and forming of chronic pathology, as well as the state of human immune protection. One of the most important aspects of forming the health of a child is rational feeding, which includes fermented milk products. The very important thing in such products is their quality and safety in usage, as well as their composition and type of the bacteria that are used as a ferment. One of the most thoroughly studied effective and safe combinations in the world is symbiosis of Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-5® and Bifidobacterium ВВ-12® (subsp. Lactis), which are used as a ferment for «Agusha-Bilact» fermented milk drink.

Key words: microbiocenosis, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-5®, Bifidobacterium BB-12® (subsp Lactis.), probiotic, fermented milk product.
