Purpose of trial. To study the vascular endothelium of women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
Materials and methods. A comparative study of the main markers of endothelial dysfunction by enzyme immunoassay of women with chronic pelvic pain of the main group and the control group of healthy women.
Results. It is proved that women with chronic pelvic pain have increased production of prostanoids – prostaglandins F2a and endothelin-1, reduced synthesis of prostacyclin, indicating dysfunction of the endothelium. In addition there are increased concentrations of major inflammatory cytokines IL 1b and IL 6, which cause degenerative changes in the receptor apparatus of female genitalia along with peripheral pathological generators of enhanced pathological excitation with the emergence of chronic pain impulses.
Сonclusions. In the study of the problem of chronic pelvic pain in the context of pathogenic mechanisms of its development, the article presents the data of the vascular endothelium, which is the main component of the vascular wall, plays an important role in supporting their tone and structure and in local homeostasis, provides a number of biologically active processes in the body and dynamic balance between vasodilatory and vasoconstrictor factors, affects vascular permeability and characterizes the microcirculation of tissues.
Key words: chronic pelvic pain, endothelial dysfunction, blood supply of tissue.
