The article presents the current data on the etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment of acute pancreatitis and features of the flow in pregnant women. Clinical case of successful complex therapy pregnant women with acute edematous pancreatitis, fetal distress and cesarean delivery with further surgery was submitted. The main directions in the treatment of severe pancreatitis in pregnant women with surgical treatment and drainage of omental bursa have been proposed.
