Objective: to study features of the structure of micro-ecology of the genital tract in patients with hyperproliferative diseases of the uterus and endometrium with the aim of improving the efficiency of their treatment.


Materials and Methods. We conducted a study of the structure of the microbial composition of the genital tract of 121 patients of reproductive age with the presence of hyperproliferative pathology of the female genital organs. All women were divided into 2 groups: І group – 45 women with proliferative endometrial pathology in combination with leiomyomata uteri, ІІ group – 76 patients who had local proliferative endometrial pathology. Women of both studied groups as a accompanying pathology had inflammatory diseases of the genital organs, which were in past medical history. As a control, we used the data of the results of bacteriological examination of 30 healthy women.


Results. Bacteriological examination of patients with hyperproliferative diseases of the uterus and endometrium revealed destabilize ecosystems in most of the most surveyed women. Identified disbiotic changes had appeared by the formation of bacterial and fungal associations in the composition of which includes a large frequency of infectious agents «new generation» and chlamydia.


Conclusion. In general, it can be confirmed that the hyperproliferative processes in the uterus and endometrium occur on the background of pathological microbiocenosis that have most of the patients and appeares as nonspecific vaginitis and vaginosis.
