The article describes a study of changes in indicators of local immunity, intestinal contamination, and vaginal mikrobiotic community in women with irritable bowel syndrome under the influence of traditional treatment with metrogil and support therapy using Probiz femininity. We revealed the correlation between the activity of the secretion of sIgA, the degree of contamination of the intestines, and the concentration of lactic acid bacteria in the feces. In the group using symbiotic determined normalization condition of vaginal mikrobiotic community.
