Features of iron deficiency in pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus

In the article the features of iron deficiency in pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus are described. Iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women with systemic lupus erythematosus is a releaser mechanism of complications and negative outcomes development during the pregnancy. It is determines the need for adequate correction of iron deficiency anemia with iron)containing preparations taking into account the main autoimmune diseases. Sorbifer Durules was proposed as antianemic therapy.
