Features of complex treatment in infertile patients with external genital endometriosis

The aim of this work was to evaluate the effectiveness of integrated treatment in infertile women with external genital endometriosis.

The analysis of the clinical efficacy of combined treatment, which involved on stage endosurgical interventions with hemostatic material «by gynecare INTERCEED and antiadhesive gel «ETHICON Intercoat with the subsequent postoperative hormonal therapy (low-dose combined estrogen-gestagene drug content 2 mg dienogest in prolonged mode for 42 days) nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug Dicloberl (100 mg per rectum for 10 days) and immunomodulation therapy (aminodimethylaniline sodium 100 mg every other day for 10 days). The advantages of the proposed treatment on reproductive function and quality of life were determined.
